COCONUTS WORKING
The new 2008 initiative to get Coconuts in jobs! From the www.CoconutClub.dk members news letter.
Hello Coconuts,
2008 has started and we vow to make this year, “The year of the Working Coconut”! I know… you now think we’ve gone mad, but wait a bit and read on:
It’s really simple… “Coconuts Working” is our attempt to help the many coconuts who are looking for work, get work. So many of the members of the Coconut Club are unemployed – not by choice, but because they are yet to learn the Danish language.
Here’s our plan: We will try to get through to the Danish companies by issueing several, targeted press releases to the many loal newspapers all over Denmark. We will send articles and press releases to the major newspapers, magazines, radio and tv-stations to try to create a buzz. We will contact local companies directly. We have already sent out the first press releases – many more will follow.
If you would like to offer your assistance in some way or if you have a good idea for this project, we would love to hear from you… www.CoconutClub.dk
So… are you an international looking for work?:
It’s easy enough… send en email to us with the following information: Name, Date of birth, place where you live, area (geographical) where you are seeking employment, prior work history, education and whatever other information you may feel is relevant. Please note: this is not an application, simply a guide. Applications can be sent directly when a contact is established. Your information will not be given to any company or thrid party.
Are you from a company and would you like to hear more?:
You have heard of the “Coconuts Working”-initiative and you are interested in finding out whether there’s a coconut out there that suits your company’s requirements. Great! Send us an email with the following information: Your name, phone number, name of your company, your role in the company, company location, position you need filled and whatever other information you may feel is relevant. We will match our database and initiate the contact between you and the members who match your needs. The information will be given only to those who match your needs.
PASS THIS LINK ON… if we use each other’s networks, chances are that someone knows someone who knows someone that can help.
Kind regards, Mette / Read more on our website: www.CoconutClub.dk
